As Heat of global sales i deal with the definition of commercial strategies, the definition of product prices and the development of sales areas at a global level. I take care of the search for the sales force, its recruitment and training. I define the targets for each seller and the budgets of the commercial operations. I also develop the commercial documentation for the various products and define the new business areas.

I have been dealing with the general management of the parent company of the group and related companies. I have developed and completed the creation of the entire corporate group in Romania.I have worked with the drafting of legal contracts for all company-related contracts, both with suppliers and with employees and investors. I took care of the formation of the company's assets and the stock passes of the same. I managed the finance and tax part of the group, the budgets that I was assigned to the shareholding, the collaboration with architects, engineers, experts, public administration, tax consultants, legal advisors, banks, lenders, investors, sellers and suppliers. I have been involved in the development of civil and electrical authorizations, needed for the construction of several parks and photovoltaic systems. I have personally cared for the construction and the organization of these parks. I coordinated the support for photovoltaic systems. I have decided upon and pursued business strategies, recruited and formed business associates. I managed the relationship with foreign partners and suppliers. I have defined and coordinated the development of the new business opportunities of the group. I have sought new investors and assisted them in approaching our company.

I followed directly the executive clients.I was involved in the recruitment, training, sales of the sales force in the area assigned to my responsibility, I coordinated and supervised the business, I defined with the Marketing Department the objectives and the sales strategies, bidding activities with the technical office and I managed the deal with the sales force of the area.I have collaborated in the development of new business segments.

I have defined the business strategies, supervised by the technical office in the bidding activity, the deals handled and the order registration. I have created the commercial documentation. I have developed new business areas.

I have handled bid management and order registration, sales strategy, agent selection, development of new business areas, business brochure creation and sales staff upgrades. I have created and managed the new electrical and home automation divisions.
