About Fabrizio Desideri

In the last 20 years I’ve been dedicating my career to lead customer Networks projects and operation. I’ve been working in many countries (Italy, Spain, Algeria, Indonesia, India, Thailand) always looking on how do better business, how to excel in delivery and up-sell, thanks to product and service excellence. One of my latest experience as CU Head of Build, Project Office and Business operation in Indonesia, add on my background also financial experience, as well as manage a very large organization distributed over a vast territory, with thousands of activities to deliver per month.This experience drove me to explore and extend my Networks knowledge on automation & AI, I’ve learned a lot on how to modernize product and service through it. Now we are sitting on the verge of service transformation, thanks to automation & AI. Our products are becoming plug and play, and network will be always ON thanks to prediction and preemption.I think I can really contribute to transform entire service organization into automation & AI driven business, where people will focus on user experience rather than setting a site on-air or recovering a fault.I like to motivate teams and challenge them to do better, to improve and to disrupt. I’m ready to lead large Service Delivery organization willing to renew our DNA through challenge, innovation, extreme automation. I’m passionate about driving challenging plan, I like to establish teams with mixed ages and nationalities where everyone can express himself and contribute to our sole target: make our customer successful to be successful with them.Currently leading Automation & Digitization for Networks Domain for Ericsson MOAI (south east Asia, Australia, India)Currently sitting at VP level, reporting directly to company Executive.
