The team's journey began in 2012 when Professor Giorgio Metta, the current Scientific Director at Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia (IIT), sought to establish a sustainable business model that would integrate humanoids into everyday life. To tackle this complex challenge, a select group of professionals with diverse expertise in market analysis, communication, industrial production, design, start-up creation, and finance came together, giving birth to the Day6ix Think Tank.Driven by a collective desire to design a visionary business, we explored viable applications, sought input from various stakeholders such as industry leaders, scientists, competitors, VC firms, and policymakers.
