Toluca Area, Mexico

Project Manager, responsible to develop a peer review for the commisioning process to evaluate critical MEP systems, Fire protection, Power generators, Electrical and HVAC to assure reliability on 2 buildings for bank services and corporate offices to achieve Silver LEED certifications.

Monterrey Area, Mexico

Lead Mexico operations (300 sq meters) to maintain and improve quality, response and customer service of a Physical Vapor Deposition applications for cutting and forming tools. Helping the opening a new coating center at Silao Guanajuato, coordinating equipment relocation and facilities services, compressed air, sand blast equipment and special PVD machines.

General Motors SLP outsource company for industrial and specialized House Keeping of 37.3 million square feet complex. On charge of 250 people to develop basic MEP maintenance and deep clean activities for paint workshop. Working on a 24/7 service to remove and recycle all materials don´t needed on the automotive production lines.

Greater Chicago Area

Responsible to execute and follow-up of Infrared findings to improve PM routines (IR Thermography specific Electrical/Mechanical Level 1 certificate # 120127-08). Use of corporate software CMM’s Express-Maintenance as administrator to increase overall equipment uptime and spare parts inventory efficiency at 27 assigned North America and Asia plants.Management of contractors to develop upgrades and equipment rebuilds. Definition scope of work, timelines and technical support required for each project within established budgets.

Silao Gto.

Supported the start up plant for Heat treatment operations AGI division, responsible for maintenance on equipments and MEP facilities.

Developed a robust maintenance organization reaching all of project life, 100% parts delivery on time, 5ppm´s quality rate, zero accidents on maintenance engineers and technicians, 95% machinery up time average (score card 2006). Developed and implemented predictive and TPM routines to machinery of: heat treatment, assembly, automatic gage systems and machining (boring, milling, drilling, centerless grinding), process with robotics equipment. 57 machines with and CNC´s and Plc´s controls (Fanuc, Siemens, Allen Bradley, Indramat, Pmack), using Proteus CMMS from Eagle technology as a system administrator.
