This project intent is to build a white label SaaS content delivery platform for a Telecomication Company, This project was developed across multiple locations and more than 150 engineers were involvedI worked as Development Architect responsible of delivering a scalable Content Information Service implementing standard SCTE 130-4.My goal as a development architect was to work closlely to the System Architect on coordinating, guiding and supervissing multiple teams working on creation, delivery and support of the product.Responsibilities: • Planning, estimation, reporting, tracking and task assignment.• Design product architecture from scratch and develop critical components.• Attend to architecture team meetings• Supervise implementation of the product• Design and Code Key Components of the product• Collaborate defining stories, acceptance criteria and estimate using story points• Code & Design Reviews• Deliver presentations to the customer• Coordinate product release with Release Management Team• Mentoring Jr Members and new Hires • Training Jr members in Java and OOP concepts.
