Support all Public Relation Activities including Media invitation, Media drive and experience, Launching new-model cars, Media and Customer Event.Working closely with Marketing team to support planning, scheduling and executing monthly event. Report to PR Manager and Managing Director

Supervise two sub-division of Customer Support Representative and Partner Support Representative. Manage and evaluate daily cases from CS and PS, working togerther with Supply team regarding Hotel policy/SOP/acquisition process, Marketing team regarding promotion and social media, Product team regarding bugs and improvements update and orthers to solve problems. Report weekly to Market Operation Manager.

Manage daily operation from Customer and Partner.Dealing with customer request, payment issues refund, reschedule, hotel fullybooked and other inquiries. Dealing with partner request, set-up and training extranet system, input and validate data for new acquisition properties and pricing. Set-up strategy with members for High Season. Report weekly progress to Operation Team Manager

Manage daily operation cases regarding Hotel Reservation and Bookings worldwide. Dealing with Customer request, hotel fullybooked, reschedule and payment issues, working together with more than 40 people in a team to support the best customer experience. Implement customer ticketing system.

-Identify the client’s requirements and expectations for each event.-Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.-Manage all event set-up, tear down and follow-up processes.- Maintain event budgets.- Book venues, entertainers, photographers, and schedule speakers.- Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the client’s standards.- Assess an event’s overall success and submit findings.
