Sales reps play a vital role in orchestrating this omnichannel campaign.• Create actionable and highly impactful 12-month touchpoint journeys that help HCPs overcome barriers to change and shift their current behaviours to the desired ones. The aim is to create the right mix of channel types (owned & paid) and frequencies. This is achieved by assessing channel effectiveness (reach and impact) for that specific segment and specialty in a given market.• Deliver on KPIs and campaign milestones by successfully rolling out the developed touchpoint journeys across different segments and multiple brands/countries. This is achieved by working closely with cross-functional teams (MLR, CoE, global & regional brand/marketing/IT teams and various specialized agencies) and understanding their requirements.• Show clear ROI for digital/offline activities and fine-tune campaigns based on the performance of different tactics. This is achieved by not only evaluating the standard channel metrics like reach and engagement but also looking at outcome based KPIs like Customer Effort Score, Brand NPS and multi-channel equivalence (MCQ).• Identify digital skill gaps within the different teams and recommend tailored e-learning modules to address them.
