My responsabilities includes: - the creation of communication and promotion supports (webpage, spreading sheets about tree species and forestry culture, flyers, posters) ;- the coordination and animation of the network of partners, stakeholders and funders for our projects (outreaching, negociating and signing agreements and contracts, counterparts, etc.) ; - the organization and logistic of events, from course outings to conferences and simposiums ; - the reporting of projects and activities to funders, stakeholders and partners in English and Spanish ; - the creation and harmonization of fact sheets, inventories, certificates, report forms and other management and monitoring tools ; - the coordination of some ecological restoration projects (mainly contracts with private sector for environmental compensation) ; - the management of the volunteers and practicants network and recruitement, at a national and international level, from students to individuals.

My responsabilities in the Région, which is the equivalent to a State Government in France (decentralization policy), were: - logistic, organization, promotion and organization of environmental and participatory democracy events (IDEAL-EU, a youngster debate and web platform about Climate Change and Energy European policies, Chart "Terre saine" - "Healthy earth" for a regional decrease of pesticids uses and a participatory assembly about women rights in the region Poitou-Charentes) ;- coordination and outreaching of all the stakeholders in each project ;- coordination and creation of the communication and promotion supports of each project ; - reporting and redaction of documents in French, Spanish and English ;- press and media coverage coordination for each project.

My responsabilities in Pôle Montagne, a non-profit association for mountain tourism and environmental education, included: - outreaching and public relations management, promotion and communication with schools, national, regional and local institutions, partners and other stakeholders ; - creation and coordination of the graphic chart and promotion supports of the association ; - CRM and negotiation of contracts with clients ; - Market studies and tourism products rates and catalog ;- reporting for the board ; - creation and implementation of management, sales, marketing and quality control tools and documents.
