Key Responsibilities and Duties:Valuation and Feasibility Projects:- Lead and execute assigned valuation and feasibility study projects.- Review and prepare detailed valuation reports adhering to company standards and guidelines.- Develop comprehensive financial models, including scenario analysis, to support valuation conclusions.Financial Analysis and Modelling:- Develop and present financial reports, projections, and analyses to stakeholders.- Utilize data modelling software and methodologies to create accurate financial forecasts and reports.- Analyze company financial reports to determine performance and identify areas for improvement.- Conduct ROI analysis and support the preparation of business reports.Marketing Materials and Presentations:- Create compelling marketing materials to attract potential investors.- Develop detailed presentations to showcase investment opportunities and business cases to clients and stakeholders.- Ensure all presentation materials are aligned with company standards and effectively communicate the value proposition.Supervision and Staff Management:- Supervise the work of assigned financial analysts from the initiation of projects.- Oversee junior financial analysts' daily tasks and provide guidance and support.Client Engagement and Reporting:- Attend client meetings as assigned and provide timely updates to senior management.- Prepare and present detailed investment reports for clients across various sectors.-Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business partners to support decision-making processes.Client Acquisition and Sales:- Attract and secure new clients by showcasing the firm’s expertise and capabilities.- Develop and execute strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities and Duties1. Develop relationships with clients to acquire data for analysis, discuss business plans, and provide exceptional consultancy service.2. Collect financial and investment information about companies, stocks, bonds, and other investments using daily stock and bond reports, economic forecasts, trading volumes, financial periodicals, company financial statements, and other financial reports and publications.3. Examine and analyze financial and investment information collected, including profiles of companies, stock, and bond prices, yields and future trends, and other investment information.4. Prepare business plans, prepare financial forecasts, plan short- and long-term cash flows, evaluate financial risks, and assess financial performance.5. Prepare feasibility studies and provide investment advice and recommendations to clients.6. Development of various types of financial models to value debt and equity for mergers, acquisitions, and capital-raising transactions.7. Perform various valuation methods – comparable companies, precedents, and DCF.8. Conduct an outlook of economic analysis and in-depth industry analysis.9. Preparation and review of materials used in the financing of clients, including investment memorandum, management presentations, and pitchbooks.10. Conduct technical and financial proposals that are tailored to each client's needs.11. Advise on and participate in the technical and financial aspects of contracts.12.
