Played a key role in putting together a Project Management & Product Development Methodology. Managed the launch of The Most for Business by-the-minute portfolio of services. Provide Project Management consulting in the establishment of the Local Services Business for Sprint Canada covering: activation, provisioning, Emergency (911) Services, Message Relay Services, White Pages, Yellow Pages, Street Address Guide, LNP, 411, and Installation/Repair Field Force. Played a primary role in setting up the PMO for the LOCAL service project.
