BukuWarung’s vision is to empower 60 million MSMEs in Indonesia to become financially aware and enable them to manage and grow their business using technology.Responsibilities :• Contribute to employer branding efforts by creating new and interesting content for the company’s social media pages• Create and implement a strategy for brand and campaign activities in order to attract people to join BukuWarung• Assist in all aspects of BukuWarung’s employer branding activities such as building network with communities and creating events• Implement employee engagement initiatives for employees in Indonesia, India and Singapore• Keep up with employer branding and employee engagement trends and strategize how it can be adapted to BukuWarung• Support all team members while promoting BukuWarung’s culture• Independently manage to report and run status update meetings• Optimize data to identify inefficiencies in the team and individual processes; optimize tools to create customized results, dashboards, reports to share with the greater organization• Pitch internal organization structure and proactively set expectations and take corrective actions with business leaders• Suggests system-wide process improvements while maintaining constant guidance to the hiring team on the best approach to close candidatesAd-hoc Projects• Employee Relations & Business Partner: Act as a trusted advisor and provide guidance to managers and employees on various HR matters.• Policy Development and Compliance: Develop, update, and communicate HR policies.• Employee Engagement and Wellness: Implement initiatives to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.
