Responsible for dealing with clients to discuss with them about taking a personal loan or buying another bank’s loan, as well as Islamic Murabaha, discussing with them about taking our bank’s credit card, and following up with them from A to Z.I am also responsible for handling clients to take a secured loan, open personal accounts , mobile banking, phone cash, investment funds.Also following with the Risk and operations departments to finish the loan process.

Maxab is a startup company, and I was responsible for promoting the company’s phone application to existing customers, which included teaching customers how to deal with it, how to make an order through the application, and following up on orders. After proving my competencies, I was promoted to be a part of the acquisition team, where I was responsible for gaining more new customers and opening new areas to work with the company .
