Telemedicine Operations Manager
Current• Setting up the clinical templates for the Telemedicine Assistants/Facilitators to use for a better organized and unified SOAP notes• Working with the Clinical Director(s) on defining our Telemedicine clinics’ inclusion/exclusion criteria guided by the Canadian MHO rules• Setting up the Training Modules for the new IMGs to train them both medically and technically in order for them to take on their roles in the different Telemedicine sites• Bridging the gap between the Clinical Director(s), the Telemedicine Doctors, their Assistants, and other team players for a better understanding of the Telemedicine concept• Quality Assurance on the type of medical care given by our clinics for urban, semi-urban, and rural populations• Keeping and improving my clinical skills by taking weekly Telemedicine Assistant shifts
