- Prepare an annual Budget Plan for the coming fiscal year for Egypt Cluster.- Work on variance analysis- Discuss the target with the commercial team and distributors quarterly.- Follow up the procedures of monthly compensation for each distributor.- Work on stock analysis and estimated orders for each distributor.- Follow up on new launches products with the marketing and sales team.- Follow up new prices increase process with the regulatory team.- Work on monthly analysis for In-Market/ To-Market sales.- Monitoring monthly Sales vs. marketing expenses.- Establish monthly meetings with the marketing heads to discuss the achievements Vs. expenses.- Establish weekly meetings with sales heads to work on the weekly plan and catch any sales opportunities.- Follow up on open orders with the supply chain team to finalize it according to the customer’s contribution and stock coverage.- Work on Turnover per head for each line.

- Support in preparing the budget Plan annually for each Business unit.- Review the monthly bonus for each distributor.- Analyze the distributors' sales per pharmacy monthly to measure the target for each distributor.- Provide the required sales reports for each distributor to the CFO and the finance manager.- Work on Top 30 Brands analysis and send it to top management.- Prepare monthly A&P report to represent the sales Vs. advertising expenses.- Prepare monthly product contributions for each Business unit.- Follow up pending request with A/P team to finalize it for sharing the actual figure.- Follow up commercial team expenses with A/P team.
