ATE Assembly- Proficiently identify faults in tester machines through customer feedback (production), testing, or setup procedures.- Project Lead for controller assembly, testing, and calibration to be installed in ATE and Tester.- Expertly diagnose failures in wiring, software, and embedded systems.- Responsible for replacing hardware components and modifications to restore normal hardware operation.Calibration- Conduct comprehensive yearly preventative maintenance on machines to uphold optimal performance.- Ensure strict adherence to reference specifications for voltage/current sourcing.- Thoroughly verify the accuracy of Analog Digital Converter/Microcontroller data.- Update user manuals and training materials to ensure clarity and efficacy.- Methodically troubleshoot failures reported by customers and during preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.- Diagnose failures meticulously to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.Testing- Conduct testing of PCB boards from production to ensure flawless system functionality.- Verify component correctness on electronic boards, identify any discrepancies(ICT) and boundary scan testing.- Expertly diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic assemblies and embedded hardware down to the component level.- Execute testing procedures meticulously, including voltage/current checks, clock signal verification, and equipment tune.- Mostly involved in analog and digital circuits (measurement, current source, voltage source, charging, multiplexer etc).- Analyse and confirm the primary cause of failure using LTSpice for simulation.- Possess a profound understanding of reading schematics and analysing electronic boards.- Demonstrate adept skills in hands-on soldering and wiring.- Proficiently operate tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and source meters to facilitate efficient testing processes.- Working with the designer on the new hardware system's best testing method and test point.

Responsible in troubleshot and maintenance electrical supply chain from high voltage station to consumer. Be split to 5 department meter, PBB, substation, SAVR and consumer. In meter the common work that has been done for these weeks were installing meters to premises. The meters were either a single phase meter or a three phase meters. I managed to install the meters all by myself with the help of the service team. Supply Management Centre is a department that solved the problems that has been reported by the consumers at that very time. The team that involved in the works are the fault finders. In substation I have to follow technician to supervise a project and learnedhow the project receive from the planner being implement until commissioning substation. At the same time I’ve been introduce to the cable size and type of cable, also one of the components inside distribution that is switchgear. The activities such as installation earth cable, installation earth fault indicator, test for switchgear and transformers, termination on switchgear and transformers. For the SAVR one of the jobs was shift the pole. Introduce to low voltage overhead accessories such as J-Hook, Suspension Clamp, Dead End Clamp, Insulating Piercing Connector and etc.
