Strong business acumen in the industrial / technology (education, health) and public service segments.• Ability to act in different contexts and cultures, such as national, multinational and family companies.• Extensive experience in conducting the areas of Planning, Financial Control and Strategic, Industrial Cost Management, Management Accounting and Financial Statements in BR GAAP and IFRS.• Strong knowledge and practice in Planning and Budget Management and Control, including Budget, Forecast and all KPIs involved. Real x Budget analysis (using ad hoc/Power BI).• Acting as financial link between the operations in Brazil and headquarters in Netherlands and UK, providing financial reports and economic market information to business units. Financial focal point (Business Controller) of two business units focused on financial analysis, cost budgets, investments and launching new products strategies (modeling and valuation), keeping close partnership with the Commercial, Marketing, Product and Operations in driving the company's strategy as a permanent member of the Management team of Company.• Effective participation as Key User in global project implementation of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics Navision / Oracle / Hyperion/Sankhya/Protheus), data management tools for dashboards (Tableau), regionalization areas and processes.• Ability to manage multifunctional teams (on-site and remote) engaging and motivating to act as business partners. Experience in matrix structures with local and global reporting to headquarters.• Effective participation in the business unit Divestment process, transferring the financial structure to the share service model.• Graduated in Accounting with active CRC (similar CPA in Brazil) and MBA in Controllership and Finance.
