Reporting to Brazil Finance Director with a team of ten people (Accounting, Tax and FP&A).Main Achievements:• Led the implementation of a global sales reporting tool from Brazil on the global platform (Tableau), generating efficiency in the daily monitoring of sales and automating the process of calculating salespeople's commission according to HQ rule.• Participation in the elaboration of the Business Plan for new products (modeling, valuation and ROI) and feasibility of projects being successful in approving the project at the Headquarters.• Conducted as part of the global restructuring strategy reassessment, simplification and integration of FP&A processes in Brazil and organized workshop for aligning roles and responsibilities of business partners. As a result, the process gained speed and autonomy and it was possible to reduce the staff generating savings of 30% of annual expenditure.• Effective participation in the business unit Divestment process, transferring the financial structure to the share service model.• Increased the company's gross margin by 2 p.p with the explanation of the rationale of calculation for the provision of obsolescence for business partners, influencing the model for launching new products and the level of inventory.• Participation in the plan to reduce the issues of internal controls report, having largely ended with the pending matters presented.

I led the restructuring of the Accounting and Tax team and the risk adequacy of tax liabilities.Main Achievements:• Effective participation as Key User in the Microsoft Navision ERP implementation project with go live in 2016 where it was possible to reduce the Finance structure by 50%. I was awarded by the company for its performance in this project for Proactivity and Focus on Results.• Coordination in tax diligence with the Federal Revenue Service, helping to reduce the tax risk for the company.• Led the process of readjustment of the Cost Center structure the new company reporting reality (global) after switching to matrix structure generating efficiency in the result of reporting to headquarters and eliminating errors in the accounting records.• Implemented the travel expense reporting framework for self-monitoring by managers directly in the ERP with gains in efficiency and autonomy for these managers.• Led the automation process of some accounting closing routines where it was allowed to report the result in the Headquarters system (Oracle) 1 day in advance (before it was on the 4th business day and changed to the 3rd business day).
