 Working on SAP from generating PO to invoicing.  Send RFQ and Negotiating price and term with foreign suppliers.  Negotiating rates from forwarders and clearing agents.  Generate and analyze reports in SAP identify local and International supply sources in order to I identifythe most competent vendors.  Analyze and asses SAP generated Shipment status report, LC reports, and trade allocation reports. Preparing Electronic Import Form (WeBOC).  Zero LTI in through 100% compliance of HSE plans. Clearing agents and freight forwarders performance evaluation with respect to charges, clearance time/transit time & delivery to port and WH.  Preparing LC, remittances and Advance Payments (From Banks).
