I am working as a System support Engr.Responsibilities :• Install the development-related tools and collaborate closely with the development team.• Setting up operating systems, antivirus software, and additional programs like Microsoft Office.• Offers help desk and technical support services on-site or via remote-access.• Identifying and resolving network and system issues, operating systems as well as diagnosing and fixing hardware and software issues.• Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.• Coordination with Vendors for controlling costs, reducing vendor-related risks and ensuring service delivery on time.• Create a comprehensive inventory of all IT accessories, including keyboards, mouse, cables, external storage devices, LED’s and any other equipment used in the organization. Also, maintain a separate inventory for laptops.
