Lead business development efforts based on quarterly revenue target of $75 million within the European region at a manufacturer of in flight avionics equipment, and spearhead the newest Airbus aircraft (A380) deployment, on schedule and within budgetEstablished four field offices located in Toulouse, France; Hamburg, Germany; London, England and Edinburgh, Ireland; consisting of cross-functional teams for business development, field service, program management for the Airbus A380 program. Identified cost reduction opportunities; instrumental in reorganization initiatives that included consolidation of engineering and manufacturing facilities from five disparate facilities across the globe to two facilities located in Osaka, Japan and California, USA resulting in expected $14.6 million in cost reductions.

Significantly enhance corporate presence and contract values in the Middle East; manage multiple force protection programs and field teams in Iraq, Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, Africa, Qatar and Kuwait, for the second largest defense contractor in the USA.Negotiated space allocation for regional office at Al Udeid US Air Force Base in Doha, Qatar. Directly hired and managed 90 field installation personnel. Established field teams of three based on expertise, resulting in time savings and reduced cost of operation by only deploying teams based on specific mission profiles. Regional office also allowed for rapid response to RFP’s and new business generation by being local and agile enough to respond to the needs of the commanding generals on the ground.
