Managing Addax internal ERP, CRM and BI and MS-SharePoint (Costpoint CMS) Applications. Automated company manual procedures with Enterprise Applications.• Trained 7-10 employees on IBM Cognos Query Writer.• Trained Application Administrators on the Deltek Timesheet version 10 functionality while authoring user functional and technical manuals to streamline training delivery.• Managed Deltek Timesheet and Expense version 10 project to upgrade company financial, timesheet and expense systems from Time and Expense version 9.x. • Updated/enhanced company Cognos reports, created hundreds of new reports for Financial, HCM, Payroll, and Executive reports. • Maintained company current CRM (Quickbase) application, created new Pipeline reports for the Executives. • Reviewed project milestones, budget and goals in weekly and monthly meetings.• Setup and maintained production and new test (parallel systems) environments to support the project.• Managed and engaged appropriate resources at different project phases who performed the system testing, data validation and generated several reports to reconcile data between production and new applications prior to going live.• Partnered with Deltek (services provider) and finance executives teams to setup and configure Financial, Timekeeping and self-service applications control screens and populate master tables. • Participated to updated company payroll to implement Standard Variance Rate calculation method for all Direct and Indirect Project Pay Types. • Managed a $25K MSI applications update project to update MSI Business Development and Project Management applications (prior management in Microsoft Excel & Access custom application).• Migrated BDU and Project Management information into Deltek GovWin Capture Management application (CRM) to allow leadership with management capabilities of Proposal, People and Project data from 1 central location. • Created several custom reports in CRM reporting tool (Actuate) for Executives and Project Management, Business Development Teams to track New Opportunities, Opportunity Win/Loss Ratios, Opportunities under different stages (In progress, Submitted, Lost, Won, BAFO, etc), Opportunity by Practice Area, Opportunity by Employee and role, New Projects, Projects by practice Area, Projects by Type (FP, T&M, CPFF etc), Projects by Employee and roles, Project by count and dollar amount. • Reviewed and updated company’s internal applications (Project Management, Opportunity, People, Field Office, Time-collection) to author custom reports for the Deltek GCS financial system.• Upgraded company in-house MS-Access based Project Management tool with Deltek GovWin/Vision Capture Management system (CRM Software). • Replaced, migrated and customized company MS-Excel based manual Business Development Unit (BDU) proposal tracking system to Deltek GovWin Capture Management. • Setup first SQL environment in company to support CRM all web-based applications.
