Responsible for reviewing and management of KPIZ Infrastructure, Utilities design and Technical Deliverables in compliance with Employer and stake-holders,contract requirements and applicable engineering standards and codes.Manage & liaise with three design consultants for the design submittals for various Utilities prepared for KPIZ infrastructure on day to day basis.Review design basis and detail design for utilities including Potable Water & Fire, Storm Drainage, Sewerage network, Sewerage Treatment works & Seawater cooling. Reviewed all the design basis provided by the Consultant in regards to Local Authority and Statutory requirements.KPIZ potable water network comprise of 40 km pipe line with three pumping stations.Two Sewerage Treatment Plants (STP); 12 pumping station with comprise of vacuum sewer mains.As Lead, undertook responsibility for Interface design of utilities across various contracts. Prepared ICD Interface control document and composite utility layouts between contracts to clarify scope of works for each Contractor.
