•Verifying All Fx Derivative deals in Treasury System and ensures the smooth settlement of FX Options, interest Rate Swaps (IRS), Forward Rate Agreement (FRA) and Cross Currency Swaps (CCS) in compliance with bank’s procedure and regulations. •Coordinating with counterparties and business unit for agreements such as Long form confirmations, ISDA and other related documents where required.•Verifying All Dubai Operations deals and ensures the smooth settlement of FX & MM, Euro Bond deals in compliance with bank’s procedure and regulations. •Sending of FTS payment instructions to Dubai Branch for settlement of Treasury related Deals.•Periodic review and update Fx related document like Business process document, Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Tread way Commission (COSOs) and Accounting Manuals.•Highlighting issue with a focus on re-engineering of processes / system and escalating the same to group head for elimination of redundancies, errors & development in view of changes in regulations, policies or introduction of new products.•Monitoring Net Open Position (NOP) and Foreign Exchange Exposure Limited (FEEL)•Responsible for developing, updating policies and procedures and manuals to ensure efficient and effective management of the Bank’s fund.•Quarterly Survey Preparation of data to be presented in ALCO related to FX and Derivatives operations.•Responsible for investigating all correspondent accounts related issues owned by Treasury.•Lead treasury area’s efforts to automate manual transaction processes and integrate external applications with company’s system in order to recognize efficiencies and savings.•Execution of SWIFT messages of treasury related FC transactions i.e. MT , 202, MT 300, MT 320 and MT 210 etc. and have a sound knowledge related to MT 1XX series. •Blotter Management.•Managing key payment controls, processes, administration and reporting.•Closely working with reconciliation operations ( NOSTRO, Treasury records)
