Technically screening the consultants, initial phone discussion of requirements with them to check their comfort ability, checking references, and submitting the appropriate resource on VMS portals.Responsible for maintaining a database of Candidates & Employers whom the company deals with on a day to day basis.Successfully managed full recruitment cycle independently including resource requirement gathering, sourcing, initial screening, short listing, pre and post interview follow-ups, reviewing with stakeholders, reference checks, preparing offers, negotiation and closures. Analyze requirements and identify quality consultants from my network and search using job boards like Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, Job Diva, LinkedIn etc. Screen consultants based on job description, consultants in depth knowledge of relevant technology, functional skills, job history, geography, ability to travel, and other relevant qualities.
