Coming home from Manchester, I setup base at the new and improved Flux Animation to assist in a projection based virtual reality project, using Autodesk Maya and Cinema 4D

As the Layout Supervisor, my responsibility was to ensure a smooth transition from storyboard to animation, reusing as much existing material as possible. This required working closely with my own team setting up Harmony scenes, as well as with the show Directors, and the Animation Director and Technical Director. As part of the Flux team I worked as an animator and technical assistant to develop a smooth pipeline for multiple projects across broad media. From previs and animation on 'Wiki the Kiwi' and 'Shopkins', to leading the lighting and rendering team on New Zealand's first animated feature film '25 April'.
