Ensure proper logistics, food and arrangement in any minimal or giant events held at our company premise.• Communicate and negotiate with various vendors, partners and stakeholders regarding different products and services required by the company. Solve any issues that arises regarding agreement or service from the vendors. • Attending important meetings of the department as well as with vendors and stakeholders. • Creating meeting minutes of these meetings and sending them respectively. • Checking and approving business cards of all the Depot, Field Force and Head Office Employees. • Creating program flow, decoration and food planning for any programs or meetings held at the office premise and outside as well. • Ensuring proper vehicle and travel management of the department.
