• Successfully established “Powerwing” fan in the off-grid market. The sales is estimated approximately 60,000 units for the current year which is 5 times compared to previous year.• Currently working on large size high efficiency TV development for rural market• Working on IPS kit development for urban and semi-urban area to support traditional IPS with solar backup• Different activities have been conducted nationally targeting different markets with different focused product• Special schemes are being designed for the off season solar industry based on market research. Company had approximate sales of BDT.80Lacs equivalent solar panel sales which is ever highest in the month of December compared to any other previous years.Plan trade offers, campaigns according to the business need and market demand.

• Successfully developed DC Fan and LED Television for the newly established retail channel of Rahimafrooz Solar• Participated in the international Off-grid Appliance competition, Global LEAP Awards 2016-17 and were the finalists for DC Fan and DC LED Television in the category of “Outstanding Off-grid Appliances”• Successfully rolled out the incentive program under Global LEAP Awards and confirmed an incentive amount of USD700,000+ for the sales team in the same year• Arranged and supervised first ever national retailer meet up in the eve of Pohela Baisakh, the Bengali New Year in 2017 for the appliance market expansion. Around 1,500 retailers in 40 locations attended the program. Which gave us appliance sales growth of 50% in following 3 months• Developed DTV and BLDC motor based fans for export market to increase the product portfolio as a support to export department in addition

• Major role in establishing Rural Retail Network, the first ever retail network of Rahimafrooz• Enlisted over 2,000 retailers nationally in rural areas to promote Rahimafrooz Solar products• Established 30 Distribution and Service Points to serve initial 3,000 retailers nationally• Was Key account manager initially for 12 IDCOL partner organizations (NGOs) generating avg. revenue of around 3MBDT per month through B2B sales for first 2 years in this role

• Monitor and handle all technical activities of both Product Unit and Service Unit• Maintain production and fulfill weekly/monthly/annual target for servicing• Monitor both Custom Product Service & Standard Product Support at Box and Board level• Engage with R&D in product development, improvement, failure analysis etc.• Monitoring the production standards & implementing quality control process (QC)• Prepare service training documents and conduct training to FSEs for service issue at field level• Supervise service team and control and monitor all 30 service centers• Plan service according to the budget given as per requirement and priority and ensure minimum failure rate

• Responsible for network expansion for Dhaka and Sylhet zone• Successfully deployed 100 new sites as per given target• Ensured 100% achievement of network expansion against given target for 6 consecutive months• Worked in over 1,000 link expansion

• Worked as maintenance engineer for the 100Kwp Solar mini grid at Sandwip• Prepare BOM and specification sheets for different SKU of small and medium Solar Home Systems• Supervise installation and service team and executive tasks as per plan
