Title: "Land Ownership Transfer Management System with Blockchain Technology : Perspective Bangladesh"-Develop a Blockchain based model using Crypto method, Hashing Algorithm, Consensus Algorithm and Constructor functions for securing the land titling and transfer system.-Enabled stakeholders (landowners, buyers, deed writers, and assistant commissioners) to verify land status and transaction details instantly, enhancing accountability and reducing fraudulent activities.-Use JavaScript programming Language as well as HTML/CSS and different libraries such as jQuery, React, AngularJS etc. -Successfully developed and tested a functional prototype using dummy data, demonstrating the system's capability to prevent unauthorized transactions and maintain accurate chain updates.-Exploring collaboration opportunities with the government to pilot the system in a small region to evaluate its efficiency.-Published in a Q2 ranked Journal.  Fahim Faisal, Md.
