Responsible as PLC and SCADA developer for the first Tier 4 Data Center n Indonesia. The main job is to make CPOS (Chiller Plant Optimization System) PLC logic using B&R and BMS SCADA UI using Movicon.Projects:•Design PLC logic and SCADA graphic for Chiller Plant Optimization System (CPOS) JK5 Data Center Indonesia (West Java).•Design PLC logic and SCADA graphic for Chiller Plant Optimization System (CPOS) JKT3 NTT Data Center (West Java).•Design BMS (Building Management System) graphic and communication test with various communication protocols JKT3 NTT Data Center (West Java).

Responsible as PLC (SIEMENS SICAM PLC) and SCADA (250 SCALA) developer for Hydroelectric Power Plant in project Indonesia and overseas. Responsible to do FAT, SAT, troubleshooting, maintenance, commissioning, and service visit. Also create drawing using AutoCAD and EPLAN for connection wiring for Unit and common Control Panel.Projects:• Modification for SCADA and DB server for Hasang 39MW Hydroelectric Power Plant (North Sumatera).•Create PLC and SCADA program, also perform FAT for Peusangan 1 & 2 88MW Hydroelectric Power Plant (North Sumatera).•Upgrade PLC and SCADA for Rouna 2 30MW Hydroelectric Power Plant (Papua New Guinea).Perform Major Overhaul with main task to troubleshoot Unit 1 PLC, SCADA, sensors, and auxiliaries for Renun Hydroelectric Power Plant (North Sumatera).

Job Responsibilities:• Learn and analyze about Electric and Pneumatic tools, including pneumatic valves, actuator, air preparation unit, and electric drive.• Produce and on-site modification Festo PLC Program using Codesys, HMI touchscreen using Festo Designer Studio, SCADA system using Wonderware.• Based on customer request, also produce PLC and HMI program using third party software (Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi, Schneider Electric, and Allen Bradley). • Check and test the electrical and pneumatic schematic wiring diagram based on the approved drawing as the part of Quality Control.• Check and repair (if possible) Festo electronics equipment, such as sensor or transmitter, pneumatic actuator, I/O and CPU PLC Module, and electric drive.• On-site failure identification, root cause analysis, identification of suitable measures, fault clearance, implementation of improvement measures on Festo components and systems (focus technologies are defined base on sales strategies).

Job Responsibilities: • Create PLC and HMI program using Schneider Electric Unity Pro XL and PCVue for “Revamping Potable Water Treatment (PWT) PLC and LVS (Low Voltage Switchgear) Gunung Karang and Sepinggan” and “Revamping PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) panel NPU Glycol Project” - Total E&P Indonesie project.• Lead engineering team and technican for “Revamping RTU (Remote Terminal Unit) at CPU and TRF - Total E&P Indonesie project.• Modification PLC and CPC system for Yakin Generator – Chevron Indonesia Company.• Produce Instrument Control System and Electrical engineering documents.• Draw wiring interconnection, troubleshooting loop diagram, panel arrangement, etc using AutoCAD.• Analysis and determine sensor, controller, circuit breaker, and other equipment for each project and calculate material cost for each project.• Perform FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), on-site installation, and SAT (Site Acceptance Test).
