• Produced a report which was the solitary document used by the IT Infrastructure department to keep track of the services, material and human resources employed, backup details, and the servers utilized by the.
• The report illustrated the current state of the services under Infra Department, and assisted in an extensive gap analysis of the system. Project C: “Critical knowledge transfer”
• Analysed the problem at hand - potential loss of critical knowledge in the organization - and proposed a few plausible solutions.
