Project A: “Developing Work Flow Diagrams”• Produced first ever workflow diagrams which are meant to provide a high-level view of the crucial areas and services which are part of the Infrastructure Department.• Proved to be a significant means of information transfer to any new employee in K-Electric in terms of the workings of the system and the services in the organization.Project B: “Resource Management”• Produced a report which was the solitary document used by the IT Infrastructure department to keep track of the services, material and human resources employed, backup details, and the servers utilized by the organization. • The report illustrated the current state of the services under Infra Department, and assisted in an extensive gap analysis of the system. Project C: “Critical knowledge transfer”• Analysed the problem at hand - potential loss of critical knowledge in the organization - and proposed a few plausible solutions. • Structured a potential solution into a presentation which assisted my manager in further presenting it to the incumbents.
