Recruiting:  responsible for HQ, branch office recruitment;-Manage full cycle recruiting process with a focus on Marketing, Sales, FA, HR, Admin, etc.,-Partner with Hiring Manger to identify key requirements for each role;-Work closely with workforce management group to identify external hiring needs;-Analyzing present recruitment channel and enhance with reactive sourcing methods;-Drive hiring process- including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, and job analysis and salary trends;-Manage the campus recruitment, including CHINA and KOREA-Maintain HC approval process and data reports.Staffing: Responsible for the management of employee relations, including onboarding process, internal transfer; Turnover management, etc.,;Responsible for the management of labor contract, confidentiality agreement, etc.,; manage the HRIS system;

Manage the process from the first client talks through search, interviews, evaluation, to offer stage and beyond; Relevant industry analysis, target company analysis; Update the talent pools;
