We began operations in 2003 as Sohu.com’s massively multi-player online games (“MMORPG”) business unit, before our carve-out as a separate, stand-alone company in December 2007 and subsequent listing on the NASDAQ Global Select Market in April 2009. Currently our main product is TLBB - an award-winning, in-house developed, MMORPG martial arts style game adapted from the popular Chinese novel named Tian Long Ba Bu which has been written by the most famous martial arts writer Mr. Jin Yong. The novel is the most influential martial arts novel in China. There are around 50 milion registered accounts in the Asian version of the game and is becomming increasingly popular in Europe. The EU version of the game has entered Commercial Operation on 1st September 2010.
