CurrentDocument Specialist Maintain the document control system, ensuring all work instructions, procedures, and associated databases are up-to-date, accessible, and compliant with organizational standards. Prepare WIR’s (Work Inspection Report), Site Manpower Instruction Report, WRF (Work Rationale Form), RFI (Request for Information), AVR (Abortive Work Inspection) for Concrete, Steel Reinforcement,Survey and Drilling & Planting. Updating WIR (Work Inspection Report), Concrete Quantity, Steel Quantity and Shop Drawings and (IFC) logs and Providing Steel and Concrete Data, to QS for IPA’s (Invoices) Follow up on Daily Emails, and distribute to the concerned department. Taking Clearance (Mechanical, Electrical and low current) to make sure the site is ready for Concrete/Pouring (from Sub-Contractors and Main Clients) Performed data entries, Post production weight data analysis for Qc Department, prepared daily and monthly work report and submitted to Qc Department Managers. Reporting to Managers, Clients and Project Head. Managing CVS’s Database, for HR department, control and update the master record. Conduct company internal audits to ensure all documents are being followed and up to date. Provided support for Document Controls and worked with contract documents. Coping, Scanning, Sorting, and Filling all project documents (Concrete /Steel DNs, RFI, WIR’s WRF etc) Co-ordinating and delegation of project to respective team for timely completion. Handling Time Sheets, using ZKETCO (attendance) Machines. Providing some IT-Services for staff (Installing Printers, Windows & Software's) Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) Supporting HR department (Managing Employee Data Sheet, arranging interviews, meetings)
