Designed data architecture, capture, storage and analysis of local government units Union Council, Upazila Council, Municipalties and City Corporations. Responsible for implementation of countrywide Information and Communication Technology for Department of Fisheries. The Department consisted of Dhaka Head Quarter, Divisions, Districts and Upazilla offices. Wrote and designed specification requirements for information and communication technology for various sections of the department. Tender was invited following the World Bank Procurement Guideline and successfully executed. Installed DNS, Web, Mail, Proxy and FTP servers and implemented regional LAN and WAN. This was one of the first government website to go online. Similar to Fishbase local database was developed. Implemented application software for various activities of the department. Setting up of a Computer Training Center at Savar FTA. Also trained personnel who would be using the new technologies.
