Based at Drummond Community High School as an ICT / AV Technician, specialising in maintaining and enhancing IT systems to ensure seamless operations within the organization. My role involves installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software, and mobile device management (IPads) devices and providing technical support to end-users, and managing network performance, ensuring that printers, interactive whiteboards, PA and AV equipment functions seamlessly to enhance the overall experience for learners and teachers.

My key responsibility was replenishing stock, advising customers on products and helping and assisting in their shopping, serving customers on tills and self-checkouts, and code-checking all fresh and dry goods and unloading deliveries.

I worked within Edinburgh Napier University, helping lecturers and module leaders set up web development content for Moodle for new-year-starting students.

During 1-year industrial placement within university. I was responsible for the delivery and development of internal systems and logging support tickets, setting up new users and setting account policies. Providing technical training to stakeholders for use of the internal system. Keeping documentation of incidents and monitoring application systems. I have wholly focused on developing a new human resource platform that enabled the organisation to understand better the organisation's assets and aid in evaluating and monitoring.

My key responsibilities where to ask customers key questions and connect customers to the right products. I contribute to overall sales and working across different sections of the store and working with the stock colleagues to source the correct product from the stock room for our customers and close the sales.
