Job Responsibilities:• Identifies process bottlenecks and suggests improvements, fostering a culture of continuous enhancement within the development team.• Contributes to the creation of high-quality products.• Collaborating with developers to shape innovative solutions that align with customer needs • Developing comprehensive test plans that outline testing scope, approach, resources, and schedules. • Create detailed test cases and scenarios that cover all aspects of software functionality, including boundary cases and error conditions. • Conduct various types of testing, such as APIs , functional, regression, performance, security, and usability testing. Conducted both white box (structural) and black box (functional) testing as part of a comprehensive testing strategy.• Document defects accurately, providing clear steps to reproduce issues and collaborating with developers for timely resolution.• Providing actionable feedback to improve the development process and prevent recurring issues.
