The Senior F&B Inventory & Cost Controller is responsible for planning and managing his/her direct reporting staff activities to ensure effective control and updated Inventory figures.Implements and conducts training programs for the implementation of any new system or application in the Inventory Control department. Training the staff on inventory.

• Tasks & Major Responsibilities:
• Receiving daily sales and invoices from F&B Outlets and passing the same in JDE.
• Computing all the expense related transaction into the JDE
• Computing and passing all the entries related to prepaid transactions.
• Receiving the monthly leave and indemnity related to staff from HR and passing on the JDE.
• Passing all the month end related entries into the JDE.

Kuwait

• Tasks & Major Responsibilities:
• Computing all the school tuition fees received on the daily basis into cash book and journal and ledger.
• Controlling the daily sales of the school book store and depositing the collection into the back.
• Controlling the daily cash sales of the school canteen and depositing the amount alongwith daily cash collection.
• Record of all petty cash expenses and purchasing materials into accounts software.
