Training the staff on inventory application and inventory processes.Verifies all the processes related to Inventory transactions and ensures alignment within local Inventory Control department. Conducts quality control on the group’s data, produces monthly analytical Inventory reports and supplies the management and commercial teams with accurate reports.Follows up closely with the local & Regional Inventory Team by ensuring a proper implementation of the policies and procedures to control losses and decrease the percentage of shrinkage.Maintain a functional and efficient office environment by supporting various administrative duties including correspondence, reports writings and internal management audit coordination, computer based and paper based reports according to company policies.Provides technical support to his/her local peers and communicates with the regional IT department to limit the technical challenges.Monitors closely the cost of sales and consumptions, as well as provides the F&B team with all the required reports Show less
