Responsible for the preparation of Project Quality Plan, ITP’s, Technical Work Instructions in accordance with contract specifications and company adopted quality management system (QMS) requirements. ▪ Ensure that all Method Statements (MS), Inspection Test Plans (ITP), Material Approvals (MAR), Mix Designs and Prequalification’s are being progressed as planned. ▪ Conducting internal and external daily site inspections of construction activities and materials in accordance with the approved drawings, method of statements and Project specifications ▪ Interface and coordination with clients for continual improvements in the system by implementation of Specifications, QMS, preparing corrective and preventive actions, lessons learned etc. ▪ Establish the internal audit plans, notifications for scheduled internal audits within organization and to the clients. Communicating corrective actions and outcomes to the process owners following internal audits. ▪ Immediate response to external Non-Conformance Reports and issue Non-Conformance Reports wherever necessary and follow-up for close out. Monitor close-out of corrective actions in case of non-conformity while coordinating with the Project Site Engineers, Construction Manager, QA/QC Manager, and the Lab Technicians. ▪ Liaise with the Technical Engineer / Material Engineer in preparation/review of Material submittals. Ensure all quality test results and reports are submitted to client on time and are in conformance with project requirements and international standards such as (ACI, ASTM, AASHTO and BS). ▪ Accountable for the quality of every activity, precise knowledge of all aspects of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural, and Structural discipline.▪ Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project, including certificates, calibrations, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site observations, permanent material delivered, and important QA/QC documents. ▪

Work experience with China Petroleum Engineering & Construction Company at Bab Integrated Facilities project in Habshan Oil Field Onshore Project with Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC).Key Responsibilities:• Carried out inspections of construction activities and materials in accordance with the approved drawings, method of statements and Project specifications. • Review and preparation of ITP’s and Method of statements as per Project specification and standards• Preparation of request for inspections with all necessary attachments as per ITP.• Coordinating with the construction engineers and client inspectors for clearing designated inspections (Hold and Witness Points).• Preparing and resolving site work queries with client.• Reporting to Quality control manager on all quality issues.• Raising non-conformance reports for any violation.• Co-coordinating with client for closing NCR copies with proposed corrective actions.• Preparing daily inspection test reports / Checklists for field construction activities and maintain inspection record• Preparing test schedules, frequency of test and sampling related to approved Quality control program• Quality field testing such as: soil testing & compaction testing prior to concrete pouring for load bearing and non-load bearing foundations. • Reviews the laboratory examination results.• Follow up all quality functions as per approved quality records, inspection typical test plan, check list etc.• Prepares Punch List for completed civil works and follows up actions taken until all raised items are satisfactory completed. • Conduct inspection on all materials received at site and ensure materials to be used confirming to contract plans and specifications.• Following and enforcing standard procedures and regulations for keep the work environment secure, safe and healthy.

Preparation and inspection of Rig foundations, Mud tank foundations, Water tank foundations, Heavy generator foundations, Mud pits, Rig staff camp, fencing and survey of roads for rig shifting.Organise Material and machinery on site and work, Material Quality checking according to specifications.Estimation and billing of civil works and maintain MB's record. Supervise and monitor to construction works, Labour and Staff according to drawing and safety rules, Directly Surveying, Marking, Levelling and Layout of Concrete foundations, Road culverts, Drainage channels and River Sindh Embankment.Weekly progress meetings with consultants and Contractors.
