1-Currently responsible for MEP, cleaning, and landscaping services for government facilities in Madinat Zayed city of al Dhafra region, Abu Dhabi, which includes schools (Emirates Schools Establishment), government facilities (Integrated Transport Center, Department of Economic Development, Abu Dhabi digital authority, Zayed higher organization for humanitarian care), mosques (General authority of Islamic affairs and endowments), municipality facilities (Al Dhafra region municipality facilities).2-Monitoring and evaluating the contractor’s performance by the relevant SLA/KPI’s with contractual consequences.3-Conducting monthly meetings with service provider and the clients discussing operational requirements, challenges, service performance gaps and additional requirements to avoid any business interruptions.4-Conducting facilities inspection and make sure to check the MEP systems, cleaning and landscaping standards, meeting with maintenance coordinators and ensuring smooth building operations.5-Reviewing monthly payments of the service providers, checking the monthly fees, budget limitations, additional works, service additions & omissions and monthly spare parts.6-Monitoring of corrective, reactive and planned predictive maintenance tasks raised in CAFM system and to make sure that tasks are properly completed within SLA/KPI time and considering an optimum quality and workmanship.7-New facilities taking over from main contractors and providing the services under defect liability scope of work as per the company SOP’S.8-Issuance of work orders to the comprehensive contractors for contracted works with starting of SOW approval from client, issuance of work order progress, monitoring the quality, quantity and closure followed by processing the financial formalities.9-Contractor’s Conflict resolution.10-Sustainability proposals, initiatives and ideas sharing with clients to reduce water and electrical consumption for a green environment.

Abu Dhabi

1.Facilities engineer appointed for the total facilities management of government facilities in Liwa, Al Dhafra region of Abu Dhabi emirates which includes four government schools, twenty western region municipality facilities and four fodder centers and veterinary clinics under Abu Dhabi food control authority.2.Scheduled site visits to the mentioned facilities and monitoring the performance of service providers on site.3.Verifying the PPM’s and completed reactive / corrective tasks completed by service providers.4.Checking the MEP systems and equipment’s like A/C’s (Package, Split, chillers), Electrical supply systems as per ADDC standards, Pumps of all kinds, Building fabrics as per standard Musanada site inspection templates.5.Making sure that the service providers are using calibrated tools, proper PPE’s and instruments for the PPM and rectification works.6.Monitoring of the soft services and to make sure that proper approved materials are used with approved color coding as per BICS standards for cleaning and calibrated and approved tools for landscape works.8.Meetings with client representatives and discussing the technical and work-related progress on sites, also to consider the client satisfaction feedback and continues improvement regarding the services is part of the meeting.9.Supervising the performance of subcontractors and making sure they are following with musanada SLA/KPI.10.Mobilization coordinator for the five major contracts started from 01/04/2017 in Al Dhafra region of Abu Dhabi emirate.12.Successfully mobilized the new service providers in coordination with client and service provider within due time and required resources.13.Supervising the quality and quantity of the work orders issued to the contractors for civil, MEP and any additional specialized works.14.Site visits as per schedule generated from Musanada CAFM system,

Abudhabi

1-Responsible for the total facilities management of 55 buildings , western region of Abu Dhabi.2-The buildings assigned to me and in my scope of work includes schools , western region municipality buildings , mosques, Family development foundation , Food control authority.3- Coordinating with the clients of the above mentioned buildings and discussing the problems they are facing and providing a sustainable and quality solution for routine and additional works.4-Meeting with ADEC, Western region municipality , F.D.F , F.C.A in the meetings and discussion on routine operations.5-Client satisfaction reports and feedback on monthly basis.6-Responsible for the contractors assigned for the above mentioned buildings and closing the tasks raised by end users and clients through help desk via computer aided facilities management system software.7-Visiting the sites as per schedule and inspecting MEP systems like Fire Alarm system , chillers , package units , pumps of different kind , firefighting systems and other equipment’s.8-End users satisfaction report on monthly basis.9-To reduce client complaints and facilitate them by giving quality services with sustainability.10-Cleaner and sustainable UAE by using natural source of energy.11-HSE inspections on site in order to make sure that contractors are following and implementing UAE safety standards and laws.12-Monthly assessment of the contractors based on SLA/KPI and discussion of the assessment during weekly meetings with the contractors.13-Raising work orders for additional civil works and after completion processing the payments accordingly.

Abudhabi

1-Preparing and updating MEP inspection related logs i-e WIR LOGS, MIR LOGS, NCR LOGS, CALIBRATION LOG for all types of MEP instruments onsite and preparing INSPECTION & TESTING PLANS for testing and commissioning.2- Responsible for the submission of material submittals and taking approval from the consultant’s.3- Inspection of all project MEP materials against approved material submittals delivery notes etc.4- Preparation and submission of monthly QA/QC Reports and QHSE AWARD names/list to the Quality Manager.5- Raising the NON –CONFORMITY REPORTS, OBSERVATION REPORTS and methods to reduce them in coordination with the Project Manger, also to solve the NCR’S given by consultant on urgent basis to provide maximum advantage for the company.6-Inspection of material at supplier premises if required.7-Maintaining all quality records, following up and ensuring corrective and preventive actions are taken timely.8-Observing the site works on regular daily basis and raising the observation reports and raising internal NCR’S.9-Promotion of Quality culture and conducting awareness to the staff members about the quality assurance and quality control by giving trainings.10-Also working as an Internal Auditor, got an Auditing certificate.11-Worked on all types of major HVAC, ELECTRICAL and PLUMBING for inspection purposes.12-Preparing the OPERATION & MAINTENANCE MANUALS for MEP systems at completion stage as per the consultant’s and clients requirements.13-Also worked as technical Coordinator.14-Routine site visits and checking all MEP services, their protection and coordination with other trades in case of any damage.15-Preparing risk assessments of various activities fir installation works and assisting Safety department.16-Coordinating with consultant for material and work Inspection and obtaining approval for the same.
