As a part of my tenure at Quality Council of India, I got a chance to work on two projects in the field of education which were:1. Assessing the Implementation of RTE Act, 2009: ▪ Assisted in the study and the implementation of section 12(1) of RTE Act, 2009 in Delhi pertaining to admission of children from disadvantaged sections in Private schools▪ The responsibilities included conducting audit of private schools across Delhi to ensure the compliance of the clause under RTE Act which ensures equal access to children of economically weaker section of the society2. 'TeachR' Ranking and Accreditation:▪ Assisted in formulating the methodology, framework and implementation plan for 18,000 Teacher Education Institutes (TEIs) through audio-visual recording of classes and perception surveys▪ During my tenure I got the opportunity to work towards the development of the 'TeachR' Ranking and Accreditation portal as well as designing the Assessors application interface▪ Conducted the training of 200+ assessors for the on-site assessments process of the Teacher Education Institutes (TEIs) in Bihar
