Current Responsibilities1: Installing, and configuring IBM related softwares such as websphere application server, MQ, and IBM HTTP server on various platforms like REDHAT, AIX, and windows. 2: Involved in security, backup, and recovery of WAS, IHS, and MQ on IBM AIX, Linux, and windows. 3: Installing the latest Middleware related updates to improve security levels and also clean up any vulnerability for compliance requirements. 4: Creating and configuring profiles, clusters, nodes, and application profiles for WebSphere Application Server. 5: Having good experience on creating queue manager, channels, and queues on Websphere QM silently or using different method such MQ explorer. 6: Expert in troubleshooting of Middleware related issues such like MQ ,WAS ,and IHS. 7: Performance tuning using tools likes Tivoli Performance viewer, and IBM Support Assistant. 8: Highly proficient in automating environment builds, administration and deployment operations using standard scripting utilities like Shell scripting. 9: Responsible in Installing upgraded Fix Packs and Migrating to latest versions. 10: Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
