KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-Manage Switch Shopee account.-Monitor daily fulfilment process.-Work closely and coordinate amongst the team to achieve sales target.-Assist team members to resolve e-commerce related issue. Example: customer enquiries and return/refund case.-Maintain healthy stock level to increase productivity and fulfilment rate.-Sustain the cleanliness of the warehouse.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-Assist in online sales, marketing, and promotion.-Monitor, control and manage online order from multiple platforms (Shopee, Lazada & Switch)-Fulfilment of customer’s order (Billing, packing and shipping).-Attend to customers’ inquiries via chat, telephone, or email.-Handle and oversee the product inventory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-Research and identify sales opportunity for Apple products.-Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of products/services.-Propose solution, product and services according to customer requirements.-Manage and follow up with new and existing customer.-Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to customers.-Organise sales visit, demonstration and presentation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-Manage the process of building planograms for range changes to the required standard delivering the customer promise ‘ I can get what I want’-Manage the Display Rules and check that planograms meet Target Shelf Capacity rule-Manage the Display Centre so that it is used to physically build all planograms as part of every major range change-Establish effective working relationship with Commercial so that each planogram delivers the display rules and can be implemented accurately in stores-Manage the allocation of fixture accessories for all major range change-Maintain consistent, accurate data in the Planogram System databases-Support the production of the stores communication packs for major range changes

KEY RESPONSIBILITES-Manage the marketing channel to ensure the desired strategic objectives are achieved to meet the overall company objectives.-Identify, obtain approval and coordinate the execution of resource requirement and enablers for the campaign managers to optimize productivity levels in line with revenue targets.-Negotiate with the relevant stakeholders including cross-divisional functional teams on areas of improvements.-Review all requirements to develop action plans for performance reports.-Establishes and maintains relationship with valued channel partners.
