Boubyan Bank New Headquarter Project

Currently working on “Ministries Complex Development & Renovation Project, Kuwait” worth KD 45 million. Role involves financial / contractual correspondence, reviewing Contractor’s interim payment applications, evaluation of variation orders & cost proposals. Preparing cost estimates & financial logs for the client & working closely with RE & Planning Engineer in resolving the contractual issues, disputes & claims.

Was responsible for preparation of financial / contractual correspondence; preparation of monthly progress reports updating the employer with the progress of works, cash flow forecasts, budgets, anticipated project value etc.; review of contractor’s interim payment applications; review of variation orders / prolongation cost claims & final accounts; preparation of tenders / estimates / cost plans & budgets; preparing and reviewing the tender documents / BOQ; preparation of cost proposals & comparisons; value engineering & tender evaluation; quantities, attending the weekly meetings for work progress etc

Was responsible for preparation of Monthly Payment Applications; Evaluation of Variation Orders; Preparation of Sub-Contractors Payment Certificates; Preparation of Tenders / Estimates / BOQ; Calculation of quantities for material procurement.
