Job Responsibilities:- Risk assessment and root cause analyses of any jobs or process in order to improve the system.- Planning, scheduling and execution of daily, weekly, monthly, annual shutdown and periodic maintenances and overhauling activities of plant as per requirement & OEM recommendations.- Implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance practices to avoid any breakdown/downtime and achieve maximum production targets.- Implementation of work orders for engine and its auxiliaries maintenances and follow up activities in CMMS- Trouble shooting and providing solutions to the problems during operation and start up.• Maintain relevant area as per 5S standards after executing maintenance jobs- Ensure and implementation of HSE work policy and method statement, equipment isolation/de-isolation (LOTOTO) of equipment for safe maintenance or inspection.- Monitor operational performances and make quick decisions to correct abnormalities or disturbances.- Condition monitoring & inspection of all rotary equipment and preventive measures to save asset and shutdown.- Manage all kind of shift and on call maintenance activities, co-ordination with all other departments for efficient execution of operation and maintenance jobs.- Forecasting of annual maintenance and costing budget (CAPEX/OPEX).- Inventory management, vendor’s coordination for correct purchase, inspections, maintain plant critical inventory. - Review the SOPs, and add continuous improvement practices in system. - Technical Reporting and DocumentationAchievements and Accomplishments:- 1000,2000,3000 and 4000 Running Hours maintenance of Engines - Annual shutdown planning, scheduling and execution of Pulverized Coal Power Plant- Vertical Grinding Coal mills major maintenance, gearbox overhauling- ESP, Bag filters and root blowers overhaulingTraining: - HSE Training - Rescue 1122 First Aid & Firefighting training - Civil Defense Training- Emotional Quotient Training
