I am an Inorganic Chemist with expertise in metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) and their applications in molecular conductivity, hydrogen storage, fuel cells, and crystal structure determination of non-crystalline compounds. Currently, I work as an Experimental Officer at University College London, where I contribute to research advancing sustainable energy solutions and support the academic growth of undergraduate students. My work combines a deep knowledge of materials and inorganic chemistry with hands-on teaching experience, including leading laboratory practicals and mentoring students at various levels.My academic journey has taken me to world-renowned institutions, including Tohoku University in Japan, where I was awarded the Monbukagakusho Scholarship, and University College London, where I received the Schlumberger Foundation’s Faculty for the Future Fellowship. I have published extensively in high-impact journals, focusing on MOFs and their applications in molecular conductivity, structural determination and energy storage materials.Beyond my research, I am passionate about STEM outreach, having led initiatives to inspire young scientists, particularly women, through science education events in India and the UK. As a fellow of Advance HE, I am committed to fostering both scientific research and educational excellence. My work in MOFs research and my dedication to inclusivity in science continue to drive me forward as I look to make impactful contributions in both research and education.
