I Collect the record of daily orders of Garments & FabricsPlanned according to the Knit Requirements.Create order job according to Specs.Yarn assigned to the job and give order sheet to production department for knitting.To prepare TNA and Customer wise Data on daily basis for knitting production.I also maintain the stock of purchasing Yarn And give Sample Sheet for Yarn testing and Shade testing.I also managed the purchasing Yarn according to the Order.Adding new receive order and short falls to excel report.Check yarn availability and plan in house and commercial as require by checking order dates from excel status that which order date come to close and need to be knitted and close on time and forward it for further process.Commercial plan made we forward it in form of complete sheet with commercial indent. Without indent job doesn't go for commercial knitting also yarn store will not dispatch yarn.Mail samples to their authorize personal which are dispatch for testing.Generate Item codes of samples which are dispatched. Capture description into sample request form and then forward mail. Yarn ConsumptionFollow Up short falls and other ordersResolve query and hurdles in planning which are face during working Facilitates production into yarn assigning by make yarn available in jobUsing system reports Like Yarn report Unapproved PR report Inward gate pass report outside processing report indent report etc.
