As one of the partners at the company, my role now includes overseeing the sales and marketing team, leading account management over multiple projects, providing oversight related to account management and project management, leading conversion efforts for bringing in new business, and helping in implementing and improving sales, hiring and project management processes at the company.I am also actively involved in bringing in new talent into the company. During this period, I have helped the company see almost a 100% YOY growth and have helped it more than double in size in terms of team strength.

As one of the Directors at the Company, I helped set and manage remote development teams for multiple clients. I set up processes and tools at the company to improve visualization of the sales funnel across lead generation, lead nurturing and lead conversion. This has provided data within the company to pin-point failure points within the pipeline, which has further streamlined the decision making and resource allocation process for sales related activities. During this period, one of the clients I managed a team for, grew on to become a Unicorn. The software developed by the team assembled by me played an important part in helping the startup acquire a great share of the market.

As manager mobile applications, I lead the lead generation for the apps and websites sales funnel at Tintash, and managed app projects which were converted through sales activities. Most of my activities were around chasing new leads and implementing best project management practices on projects I was managing. During this time, I helped around 10 companies launch their products in the market.

Not For Profit with the goal of creating awareness of the importance of efficient electricity consumption. Over the span of around 4 years, I designed and executed two campaigns centered around theme of efficient electricity consumption. The first campaign was aimed at high school students and was launched with the objective of highlighting the impact of effective electricity consumption to high school students. As a part of this campaign, over 150 volunteers were mobilized across 30 schools. Through this network of schools and volunteers, more than 6000 students were engaged through on-premise talks, discussions and activities. The second campaign was run on social media. Similar to the first campaign, the second campaign had the objective of highlighting the impact of effective electricity consumption. The audience targeted through this campaign were adults with ages between 20 and 30. Through viral campaigns run on Social Media, more than 180,000 unique viewers were engaged.
