I was part of two live ongoing project opportunities at Asian Paints. - Project 1 entailed benchmarking the process definitions of Asian Paints to that of 5 different industries and proposing a dynamic framework to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of any process, across all 8 plants- Project 2 entailed evaluating the knowledge management system of Asian Paints and finding the weak areas in the elements identified, post which proposals for the same.

I was responsible for monitoring process parameters and doing data analysis of them, metal planning, inventory management, vendor management, coordinating with marketing, operations, logistics team and making sure that finished goods are of superior quality

Conducted a few experiments on a 1:10 scale Bell Less Top setup of a cold blast furnace to study the pattern distribution of raw materials inside the furnace
