A Joint Venture Facilities Management Company under Ranhill Berhad & Malaysia Airport Berhad (KLIA)• Direct and controls the day-to-day operation of KLIA Ancillary Building and M&E System.• Responsible for maintaining the regulatory requirements for the KLIA Ancillary buildings.• Part of the Building Audit Team (National Audit Department) for all Malaysia Government Building in Klang Valley (reporting to the Auditor General) (July 2009 to January 2010)• Managing the Serdang Hospital Biomedical Equipment Maintenance during defect liability period (18 months)

Ranhill Civil Sdn Bhd (Hospital Serdang Project Team) Responsible for Planning, Design, Equipping, Commissioning and Maintenance of Hospital Serdang Project (640 Beds / RM800Million). Direct supervision of onsite contractors. Chairing meetings. Contract evaluation and award. Main coordinator for all Serdang Hospital Medical Equipment (including – delivery and installations)Key Achievement:• Successfully hand over Hospital Serdang (development cost – RM800 Mil) to Ministry of Health.• Successfully installed, commissioning and maintain the Biomedical Equipment for Serdang Hospital (value – RM250Mil).Experience:• Involved in the Planning, Design, Equipping, Commissioning and Maintenance for Hospital Serdang Project (RM800 Million)• Responsible for the process of room data interaction with Client and all consultant to finalize the Room By Room specification and equipment’s.• Medical Equipment contract evaluation and award. Total medical equipment contract value – RM250Mil. • Manage and coordinate the overall site implementation activities related to medical equipment including progress payment to client. • Responsible to develop and manage the medical equipment asset database.
