As a Chassis Quality Engineer, I drive Built-In Quality for the Toyota Rav4 and Lexus NX & RX throughout the vehicle lifecycle, from design development to mass production and complete vehicle testing. I manage 65+ suppliers and collaborate with engineers and production teams across 3 plants to drive Kaizen (continuous improvement) and complete investigations.Additionally, I am responsible for managing the department fleet of 20+ vehicles, which are used to support travel and quality improvement studies and trials.

As a Crude Commercial Coordinator, I managed the "Light" crude product supply for Imperial Oil’s Strathcona Refinery, along with Norman Wells and Syncrude equity production volumes. I was responsible for optimizing pipeline logistics to ensure reliable customer supply, while executing swaps and trades to capitalize on market opportunities. By working closely with Crude Optimizers, Crude Oil Traders, third-party shippers, and schedulers, I kept the refinery well-supplied and optimized crude runs to adapt to evolving market conditions.

As a dedicated Field Engineer for Imperial Oil's Western Ontario Midstream Supply Chain, I gained hands-on operational experience with key midstream assets, including rail, pipeline, marine, and terminals. I served as the primary midstream contact for numerous high-impact projects, such as debottlenecking complex supply chains, conducting improvement studies, and performing pipeline hydraulic modeling. My role required strong collaboration with stakeholders, business lines, and operations to ensure seamless project execution.Additionally, I managed Imperial Oil's Midstream Cathodic Protection, Underground Tank Strategy, and Drawing Update programs across Canada.
