In my career, I have consulted several developers, owners, organizations, government entities, consultants and contractors to meet their sustainability goals as per their authority or voluntary interest requirements. My expertise includes managing certification for Trakhees-Green Building, Dubai Municipality, LEED, Estidama, WELL, Edge and energy modelling etc. and developing sustainability frameworks.I am also involved in energy audits, GHG, CDP and carbon footprint reporting.In my recent role as Director of Sustainability, I lead a team of sustainability consultants, managed operations and support our clients to achieve their sustainability goals as intended. Assisting team to improve quality work while meeting the deadlines. Performing building Energy simulation on IES VE software. Preparing and verifying submission for LEED, Estidama, CED-Trakhees and Dubai Municipality (AL SAFAT) Green Building regulations. Providing recommendation on building sustainable design and to improve building performance and healthy environments. Providing renewable energy solutions. Supporting engineers on WELL certification. Review the Owner Project Requirements (OPR) and Basis of Design (BOD).
